Amigurumi Bunnies

Bunnies, bunnies everywhere! :)  I love bunnies, they're just so cute to make so with Easter being right around the corner I've been having fun making lots of bunnies lately in really bright colours. :)  Can't seem to get enough of bunnies. :P

All these little rabbits can be adopted from my etsy shop.

Amigurumi Little Chicks

I've had cravings for Cadbury's Mini Eggs lately which can only mean one thing... Easter is on its way. :P  So I made a mini amigurumi little chick army.  They look quite cute all sat together.  As always they're up for adoption at my etsy shop. :)

Amigurumi Mimi "Pinkee" Bunny

Mimi "Pinkee" Bunny is another of my "character amigurumis" where she started off as a felt plushie but I wanted to transfer her over to crochet now. :)  Since we're coming up to Easter what perfect time to introduce a little bunny.

Mimi Bunny was a pure white rabbit when she was born but became obsessed with pink from an early age. Everything had to be pink and gradually over time she turned pink herself (apart from her tail) and adopted the name of "Pinkee". She lives in a little pink world of her own, but she's kind and has a big heart.

She craves pink cupcakes and many believe they are the secret to her pinkness.

Amigurumi Kawaii Chicks

Continuing with some spring type critters I came up with these little chicks. :)  Thought it would be nice with Easter being the next thing to look forward to.

There was one thing strange though, I bought some Cadburys Mini Eggs to go in the pictures but when I got them back from my boyfriend (who took the photos for me) there seemed to be a lot of eggs missing!  Hmph! :P

Anyway these little chicks will be available from my etsy shop. :)

A new bunny...

With Easter approaching I thought it would be nice to make another bunny. I love making bunnies and I made this one in a slightly different style to usual but I was pleased with how it came out. :) Also used a different type of yarn.

Bunnies and chicks.

I know Valentine's Day is approaching and I did do the Love Blobites with that in mind, but I think I enjoy Easter more in terms of crafting. :) Maybe it's the thought of making cute little bunnies?

I was busy making a custom order of little chicks which was fun to do. Hopefully they will ok for the customer.



And I've also been making some little bunnies. :) One already went to it's new home but they are popping up on my folksy and etsy shop if interested. :)

The beginnings of Easter and Spring...

It's been really nice the last couple of days, blue sky, no rain, not windy. Has a real Spring feel to life now. It's also nice to not be walking to work in the dark, and then walk home in the dark as there's more light in the day.

It's also been fun to be crafting with spring and easter ideas in mind and I've been enjoying making some new things which I'll gradually post. :) Starting with these little guys....
